Peter Neumann

Peter has more than 34 years of institutional financial, commodity, and global trading experience. He held senior positions in the OTC sales and trading groups at Phibro-Salomon Inc. and JP Morgan Chase, covering commodities and commodity linked structure sectors. Over Peter’s career he was responsible for risk management, portfolio allocations, trading and product integration and was an integral part of leading and achieving firm revenue, business development, and league table ranking goals.
Peter retired from JP Morgan Chase as an Executive Director, head of Americas OTC metals sales. He has been President of MPN Advisory, a risk management consulting firm since 2012. He is a Founding Partner & CEO at Chrome Strategies Management LLC, a classic and collectible automobile advisory firm since 2014. He has recently added real estate professional with Keller Williams to his interest since 2022.

Robert Herz

Mr. Herz’s current activities include serving on the boards of directors and various board committees of Fannie Mae (Audit Committee Chair), Morgan Stanley (Audit Committee Chair), Workiva Inc., and Paxos National Trust and on a number of advisory boards including AccountAbility, Lukka, Inc. and RS Metrics. He also served on the Board of the Value Reporting Foundation ( VRF- which was formed through the merger in 2021 of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board Foundation (SASB) and the International Integrated Reporting Council and was merged with the IFRS Foundation in 2022 – Mr. Herz was involved with the SASB and IIRC for many years ) and currently serves on the Transition Advisory Group that is advising the IFRS Foundation Trustees and the International Sustainability Standards Board ( ISSB ) on the integration of the VRF and the Climate Disclosure Standards Board with the IFRS organization and on the International Reporting and Connectivity Council that is advising the ISSB and International Accounting Standards Board ( IASB ) on advancing integrated reporting.

Mr. Herz also currently serves on as a member of the Audit Committee Chair Advisory Council of the National Association of Corporate Directors, on the Financial Reporting Faculty Advisory Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as an advisor to the Intrinsic Exchange Group that is working with the NYSE to create a public market for Natural Asset Companies, and as an Expert Advisor to and member of the G7 Impact Task Force that is advising the G7 leaders on accelerating the mobilization of capital to address climate change and other global sustainability issues. He is also an executive in residence at the Columbia Business School where he lectures, counsels students, and works with faculty on research studies and served on the advisory board of the Alliance Manchester Business School in England from 2006-2017. He also served on the Standing Advisory Group of the US Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) from 2012-2020 and on the PCAOB’s Data and Technology Task Force for many years, was a member of the Independent Investment Committee of the United Nations Operating Project Services (UNOPS ) from 2016-2021 and was a member of the Accounting Standards Oversight Council of Canada from 2011-2017.

Mr. Herz also provides consulting services on financial reporting and other matters through Robert H. Herz LLC, of which he is President. Mr. Herz was Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from 2002 to 2010 and wasone of the original members of the IASB. He was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers for many years, including serving as audit partner on numerous major companies, as head of the firm’s Corporate Finance Advisory Services, as the Firm’s senior technical partner, and as a member of the Firm’s US and Global Boards, as President of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Foundation.

He was a trustee, vice chair and chair of the investment committee of the Kessler Foundation from 2003-2015. He has chaired a number of professional committees, including the IFAC Transnational Auditors Committee and the AICPA SEC Regulations Committee, has served on numerous public policy commissions and task forces both in the U.S. and internationally, testified many times at Congressional hearings, authored or coauthored 7 books and over 80 articles and published papers, is a regular speaker at major financial reporting and business conferences, and is a member of the Accounting Hall of Fame and recipient of many other awards including the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW ) for lifetime contributions to the profession and society.

Olivia Albrecht

Olivia is currently a CEO at Aspiration, a company focused on climate action, which provides businesses with best strategies for carbon credit portfolio management, trading, and decarbonization corporate and consumer approaches. She is a member of the board of directors of Persefoni, whose carbon accounting platform helps clients better assess and achieve their carbon emission goals. Olivia’s ESG experience includes working as the Global Head of ESG at TCS and 15 years of experience as the Head of ESG at PIMCO. She has also previously worked at Cerberus Capital, Lockheed Martin, Mubadala Development, and U.S. Department of Defense.

Olivia holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Princeton University and MBA in International Business from Columbia Business School.

Libby Bernick

Libby is the CEO at Impact Cubed, whose digital tools allow investors to see the impact of their investments and create model portfolios aligned to their goals. For over 25 years, Libby has worked to integrate sustainability and climate data into business decision-making to create more sustainable business models and greener products. Libby is a regular contributor to international industry events, a frequent commentator in the media on sustainable finance and ESG investing, and has served as an expert advisor to US, UK, and EC government agencies on greenwashing and green marketing claims.

As the Head of Sustainability at Morningstar, she led the corporate sustainability program and global ESG strategy working with investors, asset managers and ﬁnancial advisors to understand sustainable investing and incorporate ESG factors into financial products. Prior to joining Morningstar, Libby was Managing Director at S&P Global, where she led a global business unit creating greater transparency in the capital markets on ESG data, impact and climate risk. As part of the Executive Leadership team at Trucost, she developed innovative products addressing climate risk, impact valuation, and the sustainable development goals.

James Gavilan

James Gavilan is a global commodities executive with over 25 years of finance, risk management, and business development experience. Since 2019, Mr. Gavilan has served as principal and advisor for Gavilan Commodities LLC, which provides business development and advisory services in marketing, working capital solutions, risk management, supply chain management, ESG metrics capture, and sustainable finance.

Mr. Gavilan developed his extensive finance, risk management and global relationships during his tenure at four major financial institutions. Over two decades, he held increasingly senior roles at JPMorgan Chase, ICBC Standard Bank, BNP Paribas, and Deutsche Bank. From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Gavilan served as the SVP of market development at Republic Metals Corporation; a former LBMA good delivery precious metals refinery. As an executive committee member, he advised on strategic projects, risk management initiatives and working capital solutions.

Mr. Gavilan was awarded an MBA in finance and investments from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. As an undergraduate, he studied at Fordham College at Lincoln Center receiving cum laude honors for a BA in Psychology. From 2013–2015, James served as President of the Chaminade High School Wall Street Association and is a mentor in Fordham University’s Edge4Vets program in addition to serving on the Board of the Baruch College Alumni Association.

Richard Anfang

Richard is a technology executive with over 30 years of experience working in global financial service organizations. He has held senior management positions as a business-aligned Chief Information Officer, managed enterprise technology infrastructure, and partnered closely with C-level executives. Richard has an extensive track record delivering innovative technology solutions to solve business problems within the financial services sector.

Richard is a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Co, assisting their clients facing complex technology/business challenges. He is also on the Advisory Board of several startups and mentors students at Columbia University’s Masters in Technology Management program.

Richard worked at JPMorgan Chase where he was Chief Architect of the firm’s Global Technology Infrastructure organization. From 2013 to early 2014, he was the Chief Information Officer of JPMorgan’s Asset Management business. He was responsible for the business’ strategic leadership of technology, overseeing over 3,000 technologists globally spanning the firm’s global Investment Management and Private Bank businesses. From 2008 to 2012, he was the Chief Information Officer of JPMorgan’s Worldwide Securities Services business.

Prior to joining JPMorgan, he spent over 24 years at Morgan Stanley. During that time, he held a number of senior Information Technology positions including Chief Technology Officer of the Prime Brokerage business, global head of the firm’s Enterprise Infrastructure group, head of Equity and Fixed Income Sales & Trading applications development, and Chief Information Officer of Morgan Stanley’s UK and European businesses.

Richard has an extensive track record of delivering innovative solutions and solving business problems in the financial services industry. He has served on the advisory board of several technology service providers and has participated in numerous industry forums and committees. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania (1983) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan (1981).

Annelise Osborne

Ms. Osborne is a finance executive with 25 years of experience in finance, commercial real estate, fintech, and investing. Her focus is on capital markets efficiency through data and automation. Currently, Annelise is Head of Strategy of Metechi, a commercial lenders marketplace using AI and machine learning. Previously, Annelise was COO of Propellr, a fintech broker dealer focused on efficiency and transparency in structured finance through blockchain technology.

She has worked with PE, hedge and family office funds to develop new business lines, acquisitions, credit investments and ESG. Annelise spent 12 years with Moody’s Investor Service running ratings teams within the commercial real estate finance group and global investor outreach initiatives. Eileen is currently the Head of Governance and Communications Marketing at Broadridge, a company that provides innovative technology and infrastructure solutions for the financial services industry. Eileen is the former Group Head of Marketing at London Stock Exchange Group, where she led the transition and integration of the combined LSEG and Refinitiv communications and marketing function, and she managed a global team of marketing experts. Before joining LSEG, Eileen was the Chief Marketing Officer at Refinitiv, where she was a led a 400 person integrated marketing and communication functions including brand management, portfolio architecture, integrated marketing, digital, global sponsorship and events, and communications. Earlier in her career, Eileen led Corporate Marketing Officer at Thomson Reuters and Merrill Lynch.

Tan Moorthy

Tan Moorthy has over three decades of global experience in the IT professional services industry. He is currently an advisory board member and a strategy consultant in the areas of Workforce Transformation and Sustainable Development. He recently retired from Infosys as an Executive Vice President where over a 23-year period played several roles including being the Head of Delivery Operations for US, Canada & LATAM, Group Head of HR, Global Head of Education, Chairman of the Board for Infosys Public Services and Trustee on the Board of Infosys Foundation USA.

He has also been a champion of sustainable development and has led a UN workgroup for defining industry-specific metrics for corporates to impact the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University in India.

Magnus Billing

Magnus has more than 20 years of experience from the international financial industry in different executive positions. He was previously the CEO of Nasdaq Nordics and most recently the CEO of Alecta. Alecta is one of the fifth largest pension funds in Europe. During his years as CEO, he transformed the asset management of the portfolio into a sustainable portfolio leveraging the transitional potential vested into an active and in-house investment model.

This model was based on fundamental analysis and long-term perspective aligned with the Paris Agreement. Magnus was a member of the EU Commission’s High-Level Expert group on Sustainable Finance. In 2018, the group presented an action plan that formed the base for the EU Commission’s agenda to transform the EU financial market into a sustainable market. Magnus sits on the Board of Directors of the Stockholm Environment Institute and the Swedish Sustainable and Corporate Reporting Board.

Magnus holds a LLM from Stockholm University, Sweden, and an Executive Management Degree from Stockholm School of Economics.

Malcolm Harris

Malcolm is a leading expert on how corporations and investors can integrate climate data into capital allocation and strategic decision making, in order to properly assess the risks and opportunities presented by climate change. Malcolm currently leads a variety of commercial efforts and advises ESG teams on climate and ESG strategy at Novisto, a leading ESG data management platform.

Previously at Chevron, he built critical infrastructure for enabling Chevron to address investor concerns around transition risk including leading Chevron’s global outlook on carbon pricing, integrating carbon pricing into business planning, inventorying global low carbon Capex and other projects on green finance and climate policy. He held prior roles in treasury and M&A.

Malcolm is a US Army veteran and served two tours of Iraq. He holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School, and an undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Virginia.
